Benefits that make the difference

  • Paid Time Off/ Paid Holidays

We aim to ensure our staff enjoys a healthy work-life balance, considering their personal and spiritual welfare. We provide our team with a single bank of hours for various personal needs, without distinguishing between vacation, personal, sick days, or family-related time off.

New employees receive 2 days of PTO after their first 90 days, and upon reaching their one-year anniversary, they are granted one week of PTO. The number of PTO hours increases as they accumulate more years of service.

Additionally, we offer paid leave for 10 holidays, and we also provide support for situations like jury duty and bereavement.

  • Staff Tuition Discounts

We understand that many of our educators have their own children to care for. That's why we provide a tuition discount of up to 50% for our full-time staff. Furthermore, we assist our teachers in applying for Child Care Scholarships to reduce their out-of-pocket expenses for tuition.

  • College Tuition

We encourage all of our staff to embrace an attitude of lifelong learning. This journey could commence with a Child Development Associate (CDA) qualification or extend to pursuing a college degree. For our educators who aspire to attain further certifications or degrees in early childhood education, we provide support in the form of tuition assistance and aid in the application process for scholarships to cover the costs of educational courses. We can help you turn a job into a career.

  • Health Care Membership

While we do not provide insurance, our program collaborates with Texas AEYC to offer an affordable urgent care and wellness program to our staff members. Full-time employees (working 30+ hours) become eligible after 60 days.

Additionally, we cover the costs of yearly immunizations, including flu shots and vaccinations related to childhood illnesses like Whooping Cough (DTP) and Varicella for our staff.

  • Long Term Disability Insurance

In case of unexpected events, the Weekday Program provides long-term disability insurance coverage for all employees. Full-time staff members become eligible for this benefit after 90 days of employment, and the Weekday Program covers the entire cost of premiums.

  • Retirement Matching

We encourage our staff to participate in long-term financial planning. All staff are eligible to make pr-tax contributions to their retirement fund. We will then match those contributions up to 3% of pay at double.
